In this blog post, we will take a look at the history of Smoke Music, its impact on contemporary culture, and provide some examples of songs that represent this unique genre.
Smoke Music can be traced back to the 1960s counterculture movement of the United States when psychedelics like cannabis became popular. The music of that era often expressed themes around civil rights, anti-war, and free love which became synonymous with this movement. Smoke Music became known as a genre during this time as well when artists started producing music that was specifically intended to be listened to while under the influence of marijuana. This genre includes various styles of music – from classic rock, reggae, hip-hop, and even jazz. Today, it’s difficult to separate music from marijuana culture as it has become intertwined with the general creative process of music production.
One of the best examples of Smoke Music is Bob Marley’s classic album ‘Exodus’ which is a reggae masterpiece often associated with the marijuana culture of the time. Other artists such as Pink Floyd, The Grateful Dead, and Jimi Hendrix have also experimented with the use of marijuana in their music, leading to the creation of some of the greatest songs of all time. In recent years, contemporary artists such as Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, and Kid Cudi have emerged as the new faces of Smoke Music with hits like ‘Gin and Juice’ and ‘Day n’ Nite’ keeping the genre alive.
Listening to Smoke Music has a way of taking you on a musical journey that’s unlike any other genre. Its laid-back tempo, dreamy lyrics, and sensory harmonies, combined with the calming effects of marijuana, create a euphoric ambiance that can help you escape the stresses of daily life. Between the things that have passed through this weak and hypothetical wall there are also soft drugs. One of the main advantages of legalizing soft drugs is the fact that they can be checked and can be keep under control in order to quit power to all sort of mafias. More illegal matters exist more mafia has power, can make money and can increase his role in the society. What is more, soft drugs, in some case, can be used as medicine, allowing people to take advantage of their use. Finally, the business, these products provoke, can generate profits that could be made taxable, giving more money to central administrations which could reinvest them to upgrade services and to raise employments. However, there are disadvantages of legalizing soft drugs. Many young people can have a direct access to them, generating, consequently, more drugs dependence and more drugs consumers. Moreover, soft drugs have also secondary effects on humans’ bodies, such as brain damages, inhibitory effects and weakening desires. All things considered, legalize soft drugs can be an opportunity for our modern society, but education must have a main position in this process or it will probably produce a zombie generation.
